Richard Trigg raised under the gun to 8,000 and Andrea Dato re-raised all in on the button to about 130,000. Eric Ford was in the small blind with just 25,000. He thought for awhile, even apologized to the table for his extended tank, and eventually made the call. Trigg folded, claiming he had Ace-Queen which was great news for Ford. His were up against the now underdog of Dato.
The flop came and disappointed Ford right off the bat. He pleaded the dealer for a Jack but it wasn't to be. The and completed the board and Ford is busto.
The final hand before the feature table broke may very well have been the biggest pot of the tournament. We caught up with the action on a board of . Cliff Josephy checked and Nicholas Rampone fired out a bet of 63,000 into an already large sized pot. Josephy made the call and we saw a turn of . Josephy checked once more and Rampone announced that he was all in.
It was at this point that Josephy crossed his legs and let out an enormous sigh. Josephy counted all of his chips and then leaned his head back, the only phrase he could utter was "Wow". After around five minutes total of thinking, Josephy said "I call" only to hear Rampone reply "I have a full house". Rampone's gave him fives full of eights and caused Josephy to send his cards into the muck.

This massive pot brings Rampone's chip count up to around 630,000 and adds another WSOP bracelet winner to the list of people that he has busted from this tournament.
With just less than 40,000 chips, Jesse Cohen moved all in from early position. It folded around to Anthony Fung in the small blind who quickly made the call and turned his hand, , face up. The only problem was that our Day 1 chip leader, Peter Hernandez, hadn't acted yet in the big blind and claimed to have . He folded and Cohen also flipped over a suited Ace-King, . The floor was called over and after the hand, Fung would be forced to sit out one round.
The board ran out giving Fung a sweat, but still allowed him to at least gain something. The rail was calling for clubs the whole way and Fung turned and joked with them, "You guys aren't very nice. I already got a penalty!" They calmed down and Fung walked away with a smile because he will have 200,000 chips to come back to.
Martins Adeniya's stack has been up and down all day.
Martins Adeniya and Tyson Marks got it all in preflop. Adeniya held and was behind Marks' . The board ran and Marks was left with only 30,000. Adeniya has upped his stack to 210,000.
Arthur Lim managed to get his entire stack of 91,000 in the middle preflop while holding . Lim was called by Richard Trigg who tabled .
When the flop came out Lim's aces were still a good deal ahead. Trigg picked up a lot more outs, however, when the turned. The river spelled heartbreak for Lim, as the fell, giving Trigg the spade flush and the winning hand. Trigg is now right on our chip leader, Nicholas Rampone's heels, sitting with about 620,000.
Justin Sternberg and David Diaz were heads up on a flop. Sternberg checked to Diaz who bet 12,000. Sternberg check-raised all in for another 56,000. Diaz thought for a minute, counted out the chips, thought for a bit more and made the call.
The table was impressed when Diaz flipped over and was ahead of the holding of Sternberg. The turn was the which gave Sternberg some more outs, one of which he used on the river to give him the flush. Diaz just frowned and shook his head as the pot was shipped to the other side of the table.
Diaz is still strong with 250,000 while Sternberg chips up to 165,000.
With play spread across four tables the short stacks are having no problem finding a call when going all in preflop. Salmen Behbehani moved all in from the cutoff and found a call from Anders Meli.
