Katz Spikes Double

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

From under the gun Brian Lemke opened to 40,000 only to have Cary Katz move all in fro 330,000 from the button. Lemke made the call and the cards were soon on their backs.

Lemke: {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}
Katz: {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}

The {J-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades} flop gave Katz a stranglehold on the hand, and when the {2-Diamonds} and {7-Hearts} completed the board on the turn and river, Katz doubled through to 690,000 as Lemke slipped to roughly 755,000 in chips.
