Moussa Survives

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

All the money was in the middle before the flop between Bassel Moussa and Bryn Kenney when we arrived on the scene; Moussa had moved the last of his stack in with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}, but was flipping for his tournament life against Kenney's {3-Spades}{3-Diamonds}.

However, the dealer spread the board of {7-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Spades} to give both players two pair - and an equal share of the pot!

Park Takes Another Hit

The action folded to Yoonjun Park who raised to 28,000 pre-flop before Albert Strickland shoved for another 80,000. The others got out of the way and Park made a crying call with {A-Spades}{5-Spades}, but found himself well behind Strickland's {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}.

Strickland kept his lead on the flop of {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}, but the {J-Hearts} on the turn gave Park him a few more outs. Needing any ace or ten, the river was the useless {5-Hearts} and Strickland took the double-up.

Michaelis Cracks Aces

We found this hand on the flop of {4-Spades} {5-Clubs} {2-Spades} and Steven Michaelis had put a large bet. John Cook moved all in and Michaelis snap called and slapped his cards on the felt saying, "I flopped the wheel bro. Sorry."

Cook huffed as he stood up and tabled {A-Hearts} {A-Spades} hoping for a chop or runner runner flush. The board completed {K-Hearts} {K-Clubs} and Cook's day was done.

Busse Eliminated by Moussa

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

As Cook's aces were being cracked the table right next to it had a bust out of its own. From what we gathered from the players at the table Bassel Moussa held {K-} {J-} and Shawn Busse had {A-} {10-}.

The board ran {Q-} {3-} {4-} {9-} {10-} and Moussa's straight eliminated Busse.

Goindoo Busts Collina

We're now down to 36 players after Lamberto Collina was sent to the rail at the hands of Ryan Goindoo.

On a flop that read {J-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}, Goindoo led out for 52,000 and Collina called before both players checked their option on the turn of the {6-Spades}. Goindoo then opened for 64,000 on the river of the {8-Diamonds}, but Collina shoved for an additional 80,000.

Goindoo went into the tank for over six minutes before making a crying call with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} for top pair, but was overjoyed when Collina showed {J-Spades}{10-Spades}. Collina tapped the table and departed the Amazon Room in 37th place.

Ravnsbaek Busto, Fehlig's Finished

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

The action folded around to Simon Ravnsbaek who raised all-in from middle position before Rayan Nathan iso-shoved from the cutoff, forcing the others out of the way before the players went to showdown:

Nathan: {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}
Ravnsbaek: {J-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}

Both players ended up with two pair on the board of {9-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{9-Spades}{2-Spades}{5-Diamonds}, but Nathan's ace kicker was best to send Ravnsbaek to the rail. We can also confirm that during that hand, Paul Fehlig also went busto over on another table.
