Quick Break

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

The final table is currently on a short break. The clock is paused and play will kick off during this same level shortly.

Shulman Wins it Early

Jeff Shulman opened it up from early position and Raymond Dehkharghani called on the button as a {4-Spades}{7-Clubs}{k-Spades} flop was dealt. Shulman led on the flop and Dehkharghani called. The {j-Spades} turn would see both players check and the {4-Clubs} complete the board on the river. This time when Shulman bet, Dehkharghani decided to lay it down and send the pot to Shulman.

Derke Doubles

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

Jeff Shulman came in with a raise from the button and Andrew Prock three-bet from the small blind. Nicholas Derke then four-bet from the big blind. Shulman called and so too did Prock.

The {8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop would see Prock bet, Derke called all-in and Shulman also called. Derke watched on as the two players took to a {10-Spades} turn. Prock again led and Shulman opted to lay down his hand.

Prock turned over his {k-Spades}{6-Spades} and Derke's {10-}{10-} was looking good to take the double-up. The river bricked out and Derke took down the hand with his set.

Big Bets

Level 22 : 12,000/24,000, 0 ante

There hasn't been very much defending of the blinds so far, with every bet precious to the players. The average stack is currently around ten big bets.

Prock on the Up

Andrew Prock was under the gun when he made it two bets to go. Matthew Woodward then made it three from the button and Prock made the call as a {10-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop hit the felt. Prock opted to check-call here and then do the same on the {5-Diamonds} turn. When the {6-Diamonds} hit the river, Prock would lead and Woodward would call.

Prock's {a-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} was flung onto the table and Woodward sent his cards into the muck.

Martin Makes It

Jesse Martin started the action with a raise from under the gun. Glnatz three-bet from the cutoff and Martin made the call. The {q-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{j-Clubs} flop would see Martin check-raise Glantz's bet and Glantz would then make the call. The {a-Clubs} on the turn and Martin would lead and Glantz call. The river would see both players check, at which point Martin tabled {j-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} for a straight. Glantz's cards were in the muck, but he told the table he held {a-}{q-}.
