TJ Scarber Eliminated in 15th Place ($16,255)

TJ Scarber
TJ Scarber

Yuval Bronshtein and Jack Ward both limped, as did Chris Bell, and TJ Scarber moved all in for 74,000 from the button. Bronshtein made the call while the other two players got out of the way.

Showdown
Scarber: {A-Spades}{2-Spades}{10-Spades}{5-Clubs}
Bronshtein: {A-Clubs}{3-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}

The {8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop gave Bronshtein the lead with the nut low and a pair of fours, while the running {6-Diamonds} turn and {6-Hearts} river improved him to a full house. Scarber took a moment to take it all in, and the stood from the table and exited in 15th place.

Antony Lellouche Eliminated in 14th Place ($16,255)

Antony Lellouche - 14th Place
Antony Lellouche - 14th Place

Antony Lellouche has been on a roller coaster the last ten minutes and now that ride has come to an end as it ran into the deadly dance of Scotty Nguyen and Randy Ohel.

The last hand of Lellouche's tournament saw him, Nguyen and Ohel commit 54,000 preflop as the dealer spread out a {3-Spades}{q-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} flop. Nguyen then led for the pot and Lellouche called all in. Ohel came along for the ride and the dealer readied another card to be dealt on the felt.

Turn: {8-Diamonds}

Ohel shoved all in here and Nguyen called. "Aces up and the nut low," said Ohel as he tabled his {a-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{8-Spades}.

Nguyen held {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{2-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, while Lellouche was in trouble with {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}{a-Spades}{4-Clubs}.

The {4-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and Lellouche was sent home, while Ohel quartered Nguyen, raking in plenty of new chips.

Dexter Mcnally Eliminated in 13th Place ($16,255)

Dexter McNally
Dexter McNally

David "ODB" Baker raised to 22,000 from the hijack and received calls from Felicia Johnico and Dexter Mcnally in the cutoff and button respectively. When the flop came down {7-Clubs}{J-Spades}{10-Clubs}, Baker checked, Johnico bet 80,000 and Mcnally moved all in for 29,000 more. Baker got out of the way, Johnico made the call, and the cards were turned up:

Showdown
Mcnally: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}
Johnico: {A-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}

Mcnally's queens were ahead at that moment, but he was looking to dodge a club. He did so on the {4-Hearts} turn, but not on the {8-Clubs} river. Johnico made an ace high flush and had a low to scoop, sending Mcnally out in 13th place.

Oh No, No . . . Johnico Drops 1.3 Million Pot to Cousineau

Roch Cousineau
Roch Cousineau

We didn't catch all the action, but we do know action exploded on a flop of {J-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds} between Felicia Johnico and Roch Cousineau. There was already 200,000 in the pot from preflop action, and Cousineau ended up being all in for 513,000 on the flop.

Showdown
Cousineau: {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{3-Hearts}
Johnico: {A-Spades}{2-Spades}{4-Spades}{5-Hearts}

Cousineau had flopped top two pair and the nut low, which was ahead of Johnico's top and bottom pairs with the second-nut low. The {J-Clubs} turn gave Cousineau a full house, but it'd be the {10-Hearts} on the river that would secure him the entire pot, worth a whooping 1.3 million; meanwhile, Johnico was devastated and left with just 30,000.

Binh Nguyen Eliminated in 12th Place ($20,520)

Binh Nguyen - 12th Place
Binh Nguyen - 12th Place

The last hand before the break has seen Binh Nguyen Eliminated in 12th place. We didn't see when all the chips went in, but it was Nguyen up againt Viacheslav Zhukov and here is how their hands looked.

Showdown
Zhukov: {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{9-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Nguyen: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{k-}{6-Clubs}

The {3-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{7-Spades} board was not friendly to Nguyen, with Zhokiv having the nut low and the straight to the nine to scoop up the pot. With that, Nguyen was eliminated in 12th place and the 11 remaining players were sent on a break.

Felicia Johnico Eliminated in 11th Place ($20,520)

Felicia Johnico - 11th Place
Felicia Johnico - 11th Place

Felicia Johnico has just been eliminated in 11th place, which brings us to our "unofficial" final table of 10. The last hand of Johnico's night saw her all in preflop with her extreme short stack, while Roch Cousineau and Viacheslav Zhukov continued playing the hand.

Cousineau and Zhokov both checked the {7-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop and then Cousineau bet 76,000 on the {3-Diamonds} turn. This amount saw Zhokov fold and promtped Cousineau and Johnico to reveal their hands.

Cousineau: {3-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}
Johnico: {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

Cousineau had the full house and with an {a-Hearts} on the river changing nothing, Johnico was eliminated.

Daniel McNally Eliminated in 10th Place ($20,520)

Daniel McNally
Daniel McNally

Daniel McNally got all in preflop for 68,000 and was up against Roch Cousineau.

Showdown
McNally: {A-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}
Cousineau: {A-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{10-Spades}

The {5-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} flop was interesting as it gave Cousineau a pair of sevens and the nut low, while McNally picked up a flush draw. Unfortunately for the latter, he would receive no help on the {6-Hearts} turn and {5-Hearts} river, putting an end to his run in tenth place.

With that, the final table is set.

Juan Ramirez Eliminated in 9th Place ($26,235)

Juan Ramirez - 9th Place
Juan Ramirez - 9th Place

The first elimination here at the final table has no occurred. It started when the table folded it around to Juan Ramirez on the button. He raised the pot (56,000) and received the call from Roch Cousineau in the big blind.

Flop: {9-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}{4-Spades}

On the flop, Cousineau slid out a stack large enough to put Ramirez all in. Ramirez made the call and the two players turned their hands over.

Ramirez: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{10-Spades}
Courineau: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}

Ramirez was in front at this stage, but the {3-Spades} on the turn changed that. The {2-Clubs} on the river changed nothing and it was all over in ninth place for Ramirez.

Baker Quarters Cousineau in Monster Pot

David "ODB" Baker
David "ODB" Baker

David "ODB" Baker and Roch Cousineau each put in 45,000 preflop and saw a flop of {9-Clubs}{6-Spades}{7-Diamonds}. Cousineau checked and allowed Baker to bet 90,000, but then he sprung to life with a check-raise to 275,000. Baker responded by moving all in for 324,000 more, and Cousineau made the call.

Showdown
Cousineau: {A-Hearts}{4-Spades}{9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}
Baker: {8-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{A-Spades}

Baker held the nut straight, while the {3-Hearts} turn gave both players the same low. The {3-Spades} river changed nothing and Baker took the high and half the low, quartering Cousineau in a very juicy pot.

Scotty Nguyen Eliminated in 8th Place ($33,789)

Scotty Nguyen
Scotty Nguyen

We didn't catch the preflop action, but we do know that on a flop of {3-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} things exploded between Scotty Nguyen and David "ODB" Baker that resulted in the former being all in for around 240,000.

Showdown
Nguyen: {3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Baker: {3-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{K-Clubs}

Both players had flopped trip threes, but Baker's ace kicker had him out in front. Nguyen needed some help if he was going to keep the hope of a sixth bracelet alive, but it was not to be as the {Q-Diamonds} turn and {2-Hearts} river blanked.

Nguyen, who finished runner-up in Event #24 $5,000 Omaha Hi-Low Split-8 or Better earlier this series, exited in eighth place with his second final table of the summer under his belt.
