Isaac Haxton got off to a bad start and hovered around 20,000 for a while, but is back above the starting stack.
We picked up the action after a flop of with three players in the pot. Haxton was the last to act and with a check and a bet of 1,800 before him, he raised to 4,000. The player in the big blind, though, put in a check-raise to 7,000. The original bettor folded, putting the action back on Haxton.
After a few moments, Haxton re-raised to 11,500. The player in the big blind mulled it over, but eventually kicked in his hand.
In the last level, we told you guys about a good pot that Pokernews Hostess Kristy Arnett won where she made trip queens. Well Arnett has been fairly quiet since then, but we just caught her winning another nice pot, and the ladies played a key role again.
Action started with the first two players limping in from under the gun and under the gun +1. It folded all the way around to Arnett in the small blind, and she raised it up to 1,100. The big blind made the call, and the original two limpers folded.
The flop came down , and Arnett c-bet to 1,100. The big blind quickly called, and the turn was the . Arnett kept up the aggression with a bet of 2,000, and again, the big blind instantly called. The river was the , and both players checked. Arnett tabled , and her opponent mucked.
After that hand, Arnett is back up over starting stack, sitting on 34,000.
Mike Sexton has just taken down a very large pot and we were there to catch all the action from the flop. It was Sexton against two opponents, with Sexton on the button. The first player to act was in the small blind position and opted to check. The player on his direct left, the big blind position, then bet 675. Sexton called and so too did the other player and the dealer flipped over another card.
Turn:
The play was checked to Sexton and he bet 3,400. Both his opponents called and another card was dealt on the felt.
River:
The small blind player checked here and the player on his left bet 7,125. Sexton made the call and so too did the small blind player. At this point the aggressor threw his cards into the muck, while Sexton and the small blind would turn their cards over.

Sexton's straight was good enough to rake in the big pot, while his opponent didn't look too excited to see his set of ten go into the muck.
We just caught an interesting hand involving Tatjana Pasalic. Pasalic started by raising to 550 in the small blind. The big blind called, and the two were clearly having fun chatting it up. The flop came down , and both players checked. The turn came the , and again, they both checked. The river brought the case six, the , bringing quads on board.
The whole table was laughing at the final board, and Pasalic bet out 500. Her opponent straight up told her "Don't call" and toss out an orange T5,000 chip. Since it was just the one chip, it should have been deemed just a call, but no one at the table, dealer included, said anything, so it was considered a raise. Pasalic folded her hand, and her opponent flashed the for "the nuts".
It should also be noted that Pasalic is wearing a rather interesting leopard suit today. She lost a last longer with her boyfriend, poker pro McLean Karr, though there is a bit of controversy with the bet. The event in question was a re entry event, but Pasalic was not aware of this. Karr was, and outlasted her after re-entering. She's been a good sport about it, as she showed up in the outfit. Meanwhile, Karr is showing his support by rocking out in cat shoes today.
Jackie Glazier min raised from the hijack, and found herself facing a bet of 1,175 from the button. Action then folded back around to Glazier and she four-bet to 2,400. The button made the call and both players were witness to the flop. It was here that Glazier continued for 2,900. A call was made by the button and play continued.
The on the turn brought a bet of 5,600 from Glazier. Again the button called and the dealer flipped over a card.
The on the river allowed for Glazier to slow down and check. The button then went into the tank for a minute or so before checking himself. Glazier announced "I have a four" and flipped over . The button countered by flipping over for a pair of jacks.
Picking up the action on an board, Kevin O'Donnell check-called 1,500 from his opponent to see the river. O'Donnell check-called another bet on the river, this one for 2,075, and was relieved to see that his has bested his opponent's .
The players have been sent on their second 20-minute break of the day.
