Stephen Lutz Eliminated in 10th Place ($40,694)

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante
Stephen Lutz
Stephen Lutz

Stephen Lutz raised from middle position to 100,000. Randy Spain reraised to 300,00 from the cutoff. Lutz went all in with {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} and wasn't happy to see Spain's {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

The board fell {3-Spades}{5-Spades}{6-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{q-Spades} leaving Lutz with only two big blinds. He went out two hands later when his {a-}{10-} could not improve against his opponent's jacks.

With the elimination of Lutz, we will be relocating to the main stage in the Amazon Room. You can watch the final table action on the live stream shortly or keep here for hand-for-hand coverage.

Hands 1-4: We Are Seeing Flops

Level 25 : 15,000/30,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #1: Randy Spain raised to 65,000 from the hijack and Dana Ott called from the big blind. Ott led 125,000 on the {7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} flop and Spain folded.

Hand #2: Jack Ward raised to 80,000 from the hijack and was called by John Holley on the button. Ward continued for 105,000 on the {2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop and Holley called. Both players checked the {j-Spades} turn. Ward led for 175,000 on the {8-Diamonds} river. After some thought Holley called. Ward turned over {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for a pair of queens and Holley mucked.

Hand #3: Barry Bashist raised to 80,000 from the hijack. Dana Ott reraised to 200,000 and Bashist folded.

Hand #4: Jack Ward raised to 80,000 from middle position. John Holley reraised to 205,000 and was followed by an all in from James Miller in the small blind for 365,000. Ward folded and Holley ended up making the call. Miller held {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and was in the lead against Holley's {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}. The board ran out {6-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Spades}{6-Hearts}{5-Hearts} and ace-high wins the pot.

Hands 5-12: Dipping Their Toes In

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #5: Barry Bashist opened for a large raise of more than 6 times the big blind, and his 200,000 wager took down the blinds and antes.

Hand #6: John Holley raised to 70,000 from middle position, and Randolph Spain called to see a flop of {9-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{7-Hearts} hit the table. Spain then checked to Holley, who fired out a bet of 80,000. Springing his trap, Spain reraised to 230,000, and his power play pushed Holley's hand into the muck.

Hand #7: Dana Ott opened for 80,000 in middle position, winning the blinds and antes.

Hand #8: Bashist received a walk in the big blind.

Hand #9: Fernando Halac opened for 130,000 from early position, and the table folded around.

Hand #10: Bashist raised his button to 120,000 after the action folded around to him, and he won the blinds and antes.

Hand #11: James Miller opened for 80,000, and once again a single raise claimed the blinds and antes.

Hand #12: Michel Bouskila opened for 90,000, and Miller called to see a flop of {7-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{10-Spades} arrive on board. Miller then check-called a bet of 85,000, and the players checked down on the turn ({6-Diamonds}) and river ({3-Spades}). James opened up {J-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for middle pair, which had Bouskila's {9-Clubs}{10-Clubs} outkicked.

Hands 13-19: "All In" Is The Name of The Game

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #13: Ken Lind gets a walk in the big blind.

Hand #14: Action folded to Lind, in the small blind, who raised to 95,000. Michel Bouskila moved all in from the big and Lind released his hand.

Hand #15: James Miller raised to 135,000 from the cutoff. Lind made it 335,000 from the button and Miller called. Miller check-folded {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} to Lind's all in bet on the {6-Clubs}{k-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop.

Hand #16: John Holley opened from early position to 95,000 and got a call from Fernando Halac in middle position. Both players check the {q-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{k-Clubs} flop. Holley led for 105,000 on the {4-Hearts} turn. Halac moved all in and Holley folded.

Hand #17: Miller called the big blind from middle position. Lind made it 200,000 from the hijack. Randy Spain called from the button and Miller folded. Ken continued for 500,000 on the {4-Spades}{k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} flop and Randy folded.

Hand #18: Dana Ott raised to 100,000 from under the gun. Halac moved all in from UTG +1 and Ott folded.

Hand #19: Barry Bashist raised to 150,000 on the button and the blinds folded.

Hands 20-27: Play Beginning to Loosen Up

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #20: Holley opened for 130,000 on the button, stealing the blinds and antes without a contest.

Hand #21: Spain raised to 90,000, but mucked quickly when Holley reraised all in for roughly 600,000 more.

Hand #22: Ott opened for 100,000 from the cutoff, and after Lind called from the big blind the flop fell {4-Clubs}{7-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. With the chip lead, Ken checked-raised Ott's bet of 250,000 by shoving all in. Ott couldn't stand the heat, and his hand was slid toward the muck.

Hand #23: Halac's open to 80,000 from the cutoff earned him the blinds and antes.

Hand #24: Holley made it 105,000 to play from early position, and next to act Ott made the call. On the {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{j-Spades} flop, Ott called Holley's c-bet of 130,000, but he folded to a shove on the {6-Clubs} turn.

Hand #25: Bouskila open-shoved for 650,000 after action folded around to him on the button, and the massive overbet folded the blinds.

Hand #26: Lind opened to 105,000 from the hijack, taking down the blinds and antes.

Hand #27: Miller raised to 105,000 from middle position, but mucked when Bashist three-bet all in for his last 520,000.
