Eric Kurtzman leads the final group into this last day after amassing an impressive 490,000-chip stack. Nipping at his heels however are Calvin Anderson (356,000), Sanjay Pandya (307,000), and Joe Tehan (285,000).
Six-time WSOP bracelet winner Ted Forrest is still in the mix and chasing his second bracelet for the series while cash-game specialist Melissa Burr will be eyeing her second final table of the series. 2007 Aussie Millions runner-up Jimmy Fricke is yet to taste WSOP gold, but after ending Day 1 as chip leader, and finishing sixth overall on Day 2, his confidence will be sky high as he makes a push for glory.

Pandya had caught up on fourth, but Tehan caught the on sixth street to take a commanding lead. Pandya needed to improve to have a chance, and his peeked down at the river card, ending his tournament.
Melissa Burr had the bring-in and Joe Tehan completed. Burr raised to 50,000 and Tehan made it three bets to go before Burr raised one more time to 100,000 leaving herself just 13,000. Tehan putt Burr all in, and she obliged as both player's board ran out as follows:
