Level 3

A quick stroll around the tournament floor shows that there are only a handful of players with over 20,000-chip stacks.

Currently, Frenchman and 2009 WSOP and WSOP Europe Main Event finalist Antoine Saout sits atop the leaderboard with an impressive 27,500 - good for 1,100 bring-ins at this stage!

Strategy: Mickey Petersen on the Ante Only Format

Level 4 : 25/25, 50 ante

We talked to Mickey Petersen in the first break of Event #47: $1,500 Ante-Only No-Limit Hold'em. We discuss the Ante Only format with the Danish online pro, which dictates a completely different playing style in comparison to a traditional No-Limit Hold'em tournament.

Schemion Releases on River

Level 4 : 25/25, 50 ante

Following a bring-in of 200, Ole Schemion called from the button to see a {9-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} flop where he bet out 300 following a check from his opponent.

Schemion's opponent made the call as both players checked the turn of the {3-Diamonds}. The river landed the {2-Diamonds} and Schemion's opponent bet out 550 to force the German's cards into the muck before he was shown his opponent's {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}.

Flack Finished Off by Counterfeit

Level 4 : 25/25, 50 ante
Layne Flack
Layne Flack

Layne Flack was all in for his ante and a player brought it in for 200 with Jared Jaffee and Alexander Dovzhenko calling.

Dovzhenko bet out 575 on the {6-Clubs}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop and the original raiser and Jaffee quickly folded.

Dovzhenko: {A-Diamonds}{10-Spades}
Flack: {10-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}

With Flack in dominated shape preflop, he had managed to spike his three-outer on the flop, and when the turn landed the {6-Diamonds} he improved to two-pair.

Unfortunately for the six-time WSOP bracelet holder, the river landed the {7-Hearts} counterfeiting his hand and seeing him sent to the rail.

Baker Building

Level 4 : 25/25, 50 ante

Following a raise to 275 and a call, Amanda Baker made the call from the button as the dealer dropped a {4-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{K-Diamonds} flop.

The original raiser continued for 425 and only Baker made the call before she bet 825 when the turn landed the {4-Spades}; her opponent checked.

Baker was pushed the pot once her opponent folded to see her stack climb to nearly 15,000 in chips.

Frankenberger Doubles

Level 4 : 25/25, 50 ante
Andy Frankenberger
Andy Frankenberger

Andy Frankenberger brought it in for the minimum from early position and three players called - including Ole Schemion - before Mickey Petersen raised the button to 450. Frankenberger quickly shoved all in for 1,525 to force everyone out by Petersen, who made the call.

Frankenberger: {3-Diamonds}{3-Spades}
Petersen: {A-Hearts}{J-Spades}

The board ran out {4-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{8-Spades} to see Frankenberger dodge the 16-outer heading into the river as he climbed back to 3,400 and Petersen slipped to 6,600 in chips.
