The Day 1C Event #62: $888 Crazy Eights No-Limit Hold'em field is growing fast and there are already more than 1,600 entries and counting.
There are plenty of familiar faces throughout the field and Kathy Liebert, Dutch Boyd and Kenny Hallaert are among the latest wave of players to take their seats.

As we approach the first break of the day most of the field is still hovering around the 8,000 chip starting stack. Shannon Shorr however is not one of those players. Shorr has gotten of to a red hot start in the early levels raking in pot after pot.

There was already about 5,000 already in the main pot on the river on a board of . Ken Reed-Bouley moved his stack of 5,050 all in and his opponent called. Reed-Bouley showed for a flush and his opponent showed before throwing his hand away and Reed-Bouley earned the double up.
