The day started with a ton of action but that has changed. Most of the pots are kept small and if they are bigger they are getting chopped.

Burt Puts Zinno to the Test

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 0 ante

On a board that read {2-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{9-Spades}{k-Spades} Rodney Burt bet 600,000 and which was called by Anthony Zinno. The river was the {9-Clubs}. Burt cut out a bet of 1,400,000 which sent Zinno into the tank.

He thought the bet over for quite a while before folding. He offered to pay to see a bluff, to which Burt responded "what would be a bluff?" and teased as if he was going to turn over one of his cards, but ultimately did not and the secret of his cards stayed safe with him.

Burt Freerolls

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 0 ante

Anthony Zinno raised to 450,000 and Jordan Spurlin called from the button. Rodney Burt called from the big blind and they saw the {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop being dealt.

Burt checked as first to act and Zinno bet pot. Spurlin folded and Burt repotted within a second. Zinno called and they opened up. Zinno showed {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{3-Spades} and he was behind on the high and needed to hit for the low. Burt showed {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and he was freerolling to scoop the entire pot.

He was still good on the {6-Clubs} turn but the {5-Hearts} on the river made the dealer chop it up.

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 0 ante

Jon Turner raised to 400,000 under the gun. He received three callers, from Scott Abrams in middle position, Thomas Schropfer from the small blind and Anthony Zinno in the big blind.

The four players saw a flop of {k-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}. Action checked around. The turn was the {2-Hearts}. Schropfer led out with a bet of 2,000,000 which quickly folded out Zinno and Turner, while Abrams thought for a few seconds before also folding his cards.

Turner Getting Shorter

Level 32 : 100,000/200,000, 0 ante

Jon Turner sat in the small blind and he limped. He snap-called when big blind Jordan Spurlin bet pot and put 600,000 in the middle.

The flop was dealt {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{10-Clubs} and Turner check-folded to a bet of 325,000 from Spurlin.

Two hands later Turner opened with a pot bet worth about half of his stack and everyone folded so he picked up the blinds.
