Jon Turner raised preflop from early position and Anthony Zinno defended in the big blind. The flop came {10-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. Zinno bet 265,000 and Turner quickly raised all in. Zinno thought about it for about twenty seconds before laying it down.

Turner turned over three of his cards, the {a-Hearts}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts} to show how hard the flop had hit him. Zinno said that he folded ace-queen.

Scott Abrams started the day with the chip lead but things just haven't been going his way. He eventually was eliminated in 5th place taking home no less than $63,961.

He got his chips in the middle with {a-Spades}{j-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Rodney Burt was the player to put him at risk of elimination. Burt showed {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}.

The flop was {4-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Burt had locked up the high part of the board and was freerolling to win it all. He asked the dealer for high cards and he got just that on the {9-Hearts} turn and {k-Hearts} river.

Schropfer and Zinno Chop it Up

Level 34 : 150,000/300,000, 0 ante
Thomas Schropfer
Thomas Schropfer

There was very little action after the elimination of Jon Turner and most pots were taken down by either a single preflop raise or they were limped and taken down by one bet on a later street. The last pot played had a bit more action.

Anthony Zinno did start it all off with a limp from the button and small blind Rodney Burt called. Big blind Thomas Schropfer checked his option and they saw the {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Clubs} flop appear on the board. It checked to Zinno on the button and he fired a bet of 450,000. Only Schropfer called this time.

The turn was the {a-Diamonds} and Schropfer checked to Zinno again. He bet pot worth 1,800,000 and Schropfer went all in for a little more than double that amount. Zinno called.

Anthony Zinno: {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Spades}
Thomas Schropfer: {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts}

The river was the {5-Diamonds} and the pot was chopped between them and they split the 300,000 that Burt put in the middle.
