Ferrera Takes From Donev

Level 22 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

The board was down {9-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{10-Spades} and in front of both Ivo Donev and Keith Ferrera were bets totaling each 75,000.

Ferrera bet on the river, and Donev stood from his chair to take a closer look at the board.

Donev contemplated his decision for a few more seconds before he made the call.

Ferrera tabled {q-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} and won the whole pot after Donev mucked.

Yogo had flopped set and improved to a full house with {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} while Ferrera held {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}.

Riess Doubles Through Zhu

Level 22 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Yueqi Zhu raised under the gun and Ryan Riess defended his big blind with a call.

Riess led out on the {q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{k-Spades} flop and Zhu called.

Riess put in his last 19,000 on the {10-Hearts} turn and Zhu was reluctant to invest more chips, holding a weak hand. Nonetheless, he forced himself to call.

Riess: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Spades}
Zhu: {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

The river was the {q-Clubs} and Riess faded a deadly nine to double up.

Zhu and Laak Chop

Big O

Laak: {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Zhu: {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}

Van Alstyne Has All Jacks

Level 23 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo

Three players went to a flop of {2-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{j-Spades} and James Van Alstyne led out 25,000 from the small blind. Sean Yu called in the big blind and his neighbor Alexander Lor folded.

Both Van Alstyne and Yu checked the {6-Hearts} turn and the {j-Clubs} completed the board.

Van Alstyne bet 50,000 and Yu quickly called.

"Four jacks," Van Alstyne said, showing {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for the nuts. Yu mucked.
