Ellis Busts Ventura With Jacks

Blinds: 10,000/20,000

Action folded to Diego "TheProjector" Ventura on the button, and he shoved all in for about 320,000. Grant "yukeepplayi" Ellis was in the big blind, and he called off most of his stack with {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}. They were well out in front of Ventura's {a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, and the hand was all but over after the flop of {j-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts} gave Ellis top set.

A deuce on the turn ended the hand, giving Ellis a near double up, and the knockout.

Fedor Holz in the Top 10 Now

Blinds: 10,000/20,000

Fedor Holz raised to 40,000 from under the gun, and action folded all the way around to the big blind, Marat "MOB17111" Begenov. He called, leaving just 21,000 behind. The flop came down {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}, and Begenov checked to Holz, who bet 20,000.

Begenov thought for a bit before calling, now having just 1,200 or so behind. The {10-Spades} saw those last few chips go in, and Begenov was ahead with {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. However, Holz had a world of outs with {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}, and the {j-Clubs} on the river was one of those cards, giving the German pro the knockout.

Ho Doubles Up Through Konstas

Blinds: 10,000/20,000

After Ioannis Konstas raised it up in middle position, Chung Yi "hohoyypo" Ho three bet shoved all in for their final 250,000 and change. Konstas called with {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}, but he was one upped by the {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} held by Ho.

The flop of {8-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Spades} missed both players, and a queen on the turn ended the hand.

Schwecht Gets Lucky To Get Knockout

Blinds: 15,000/30,000

Jason "Cracked_" Pritchard open shoved all in for his final 190,000, and on the button, Tobias Schwecht made the call with {a-Hearts}{2-Hearts}. He was well behind the {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} held by Pritchard, but a deuce came right in the window of the {5-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Clubs} flop. An ace on the turn did add a bunch of outs for Pritchard, but the {9-Clubs} river was not one of those cards.

Konstas Busts Maimone in Massive Pot

Blinds: 15,000/30,000

We didn't get the exact preflop action, but big stacks Nick Maimone and Ioannis Konstas got in a raising war from the hijack and the cutoff that saw a pot of over two million chips develop preflop.

Maimone was all in holding {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}, and he was well behind the two red kings held by Konstas. However, Maimone shot out to a huge lead after the {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} flop gave him top two pair. But then, the {7-Diamonds} on the turn suddenly gave Konstas a flush draw along with the two remaining kings, and the {2-Diamonds} came on the river to give Konstas a flush, and a massive knockout.

"Tokyo90210" Doubles Through Dzivielevski

Blinds: 25,000/50,000

After a raise from big stack Yuri Dzivielevski, "Tokyo90210" moved all in for their final 600,000 and change. Dzivielevski quickly called holding {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}, and he was flipping against his opponent's jacks.

The board ran down {q-Clubs}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{10-Hearts}, and "Tokyo90210" made an unnecessary straight on the river to get a nice double up.

Vicente Check Raises Holz on the River

Blinds: 30,000/60,000

Brener "Runnerb 2" Vicente raised to 120,000, and Fedor Holz was the lone caller. Both players checked the flop of {8-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Spades}, and the {10-Diamonds} came on the turn. Vicente fired 195,000, Holz tagged along, and the {q-Hearts} came on the river.

Vicente checked, and Holz fired 660,000 into a pot of about 790,000, but Vicente wanted to play for more, check raising all in. Holz immediately folded, and Vicente dragged a nice pot off the former double WSOP bracelet winner.
