Koray Aldemir Eliminated in 11th Place ($15,417)

Level 33 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Koray Aldemir
Koray Aldemir

Koray Aldemir pushed his last remaining chip into the middle pre-flop and was snap-called by William Blais.

The hands were tabled and it was Aldemir all-in and at risk with pocket {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} versus the pocket {a-Spades}{a-Clubs} of Blais.

The dealer ran out the board of {2-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{j-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} and the aces held, which in turn eliminated Aldemir in 10th place.

Brian Bowman Eliminated in 13th Place ($12,286); Omer Gabay Eliminated in 12th Place ($12,286)

Level 33 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Omer Gabay
Omer Gabay

Kevin Wang raised to 700,000 from the cutoff. Brian Bowman jammed all in from the small blind for about 2,000,000. Omer Gabay re-jammed his larger stack of about 3,500,000 from the big blind. Action was back on Wang who had a huge decision on his hands. He thought it out for about 20 seconds before calling.

Brian Bowman: {q-Spades}{j-Spades}
Omer Gabay: {a-Spades}{j-Hearts}
Kevin Wang: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

Wang was praying for under cards as he needed the tens to hold to score the double knockout. But the flop came {j-Clubs}{6-Spades}{9-Clubs} to send Gabay into the lead. The turn was the {q-Spades} to suddenly launch Bowman to the front of the pack but the sting in the tail came on the river as the {10-Hearts} peeled off to give Wang the set and the double knockout.

Wang, who is now the runaway chip leader, was jacked up as he pumped his fist and said "F*** yeah" multiple times while he collected his winnings.

Mathieu Papineau Eliminated in 14th Place ($9,886)

Level 33 : 150,000/300,000, 300,000 ante
Mathieu Papineau
Mathieu Papineau

Mathieu Papineau raised all in for 1,960,000 from middle position and William Blais isolated from the small blind.

Mathieu Papineau: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
William Blais: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The flop came {j-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{7-Hearts}, giving Papineau a Broadway draw but he didn't like that it was all hearts as it also gave Blais a flush draw.

The {5-Diamonds} turn didn't change a thing as Papineau needed an ace or ten that wasn't a heart.

Unfortunately for Papineau, the {4-Hearts} fell on the river, eliminating him from the tournament as it completed Blais' flush.

Jonathan Sanders Eliminated in 15th Place ($9,886)

Level 32 : 120,000/240,000, 240,000 ante
Jonathan Sanders
Jonathan Sanders

Jonathan Sanders moved all-in for his last 1,600,000 chips from early position and was called by William Blais in middle position.

The hands were turned face-up and it was Sanders who was at risk and needed help with his {q-Spades}{j-Spades} versus the {k-Spades}{q-Diamonds} of Blais.

The dealer flopped the {8-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Blais took a commanding lead with his pair of kings.

The turn was a {j-Spades} and gave Sanders a glimmer of hope as he paired his jack.

The river card was the {10-Diamonds} and Blais took it down with a pair of kings, and Sanders was eliminated in 15th place and took home $9,886 for his effort.

Uzunov Guts Papineau on River

Level 32 : 120,000/240,000, 240,000 ante
Ivan Uzunov
Ivan Uzunov

Ivan Uzunov raised from middle position and Mathieu Papineau on his direct left, three-bet from the hijack. It folded back around to Uzunov who went all in and Papineau immediately called.

Ivan Uzunov: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Mathieu Papineau: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}

The case king came on the flop as it came {k-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} to make things very grim for Uzunov. The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and the river the {3-Diamonds} to dramatically score the huge pot for Uzunov as several exclamations were heard around the table and Papineau counted his short stack and was left wondering what could've been had the river not come a diamond.

Level 32 : 120,000/240,000, 240,000 ante
Chris Alafogiannis
Chris Alafogiannis

When the action was picked up Chris Alafogiannis re-raised Kevin Wang and moved all-in from the big blind. After a brief moment, Wang made the call.

The cards were turned face-up and it was Alafogiannis with the {7-Hearts}{4-Spades} versus the {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs} held by Wang.

The dealer flopped the {2-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} and Wand stayed ahead.

The turn was the {3-Clubs} and changed nothing.

The river was the {8-Hearts} and that wrapped it up with one pair of eights for Wang, which eliminated Alafogiannis in 16th place.

Michael Holleman Eliminated in 17th Place ($8,033)

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Michael Holleman
Michael Holleman

Steve Lemma moved all in from the button and Michael Holleman called from the big blind.

Holleman was the one at risk as he was slightly covered and he was ahead holding the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds} vs the {q-Spades}{10-Hearts} of Lemma.

The flop hit Lemma as it came {2-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{7-Clubs}. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and the river came the {k-Hearts} to pair Holleman but give Lemma the flush.

Holleman initially did not realize that Lemma had hit the flush and fist-pumped when the king came but soon saw the bad news with the heart in Lemma's hand and he walked over to the payout desk.

Donnie Phan Eliminated in 18th Place ($8,033)

Level 31 : 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Donnie Phan
Donnie Phan

William Blais opened under the gun for 400,000 and Mathieu Papineau three-bet jammed for roughly 2,000,000 from the button.

Action was on Donnie Phan who tossed his last 60,000 in from the big blind while Blais folded and the two players tabled their hands.

Donnie Phan: {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}
Mathieu Papineau: {j-Spades}{j-Hearts}

Phan was behind needing help and the {2-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop gave him a gutshot straight draw.

The {10-Clubs} turn left Phan needing a three to stay alive but the {8-Hearts} completed the board on the river and ended his tournament in 18th place for $8,033.

Simeon Spasov
Simeon Spasov

The action had been folded around to the small blind Narimaan Ahmadi who moved all-in for 2,800,000 effective and was called by the big blind Simeon Spasov.

The cards were turned face-up and it was Spasov who was at-risk and trailed with his {a-Spades}{4-Hearts} versus the {a-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} held by Ahmadi.

The dealer spread a flop of {q-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Ahmadi remained in the lead.

The turn card was a no-help {3-Clubs}.

The river card was another {3-Hearts} and it was the ace-ten high held by Ahmadi that took it down, which eliminated Spasov in 19th place.
