Krasienko Takes Half

Level 3 : 300/600, 0 ante

On a board reading {k-Clubs}{7-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{k-Hearts}, a player under-the-gun led out and was called by Stephen Bilodeau in the cutoff and Michael Krasienko on the button.

Krasienko tabled {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}, which was good for half the pot against the {a-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{q-Hearts} of Bilodeau and {a-Spades}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} of the utg player. Bilodeau and his other opponent had to settle for a quarter of the pot with their {a-}{3-} lows respectively.

Allen Kessler

The under-the-gun player limped, a player raised to 800, and another called before action reached Allen Kessler in the big.

"Well, maybe I can get someone to fold," he said before three-betting to 1,200.He was wrong as everyone called to make it four-way to a flop of {7-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}.

Kessler led out, Everett Jolly then raised from early position, and everyone called. Action checked to Jolly on the {10-Hearts} turn and he bet. Kessler and another player called while the fourth player dropped out.

The {4-Clubs} completed the board on the river and it was checked over to Jolly once more, who bet. Both Kessler and the other player called and Jolly tabled {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{8-Hearts} for the nut flush and a low.

Kessler showed {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{2-Diamonds} for the rivered nut low and the player in the big mucked as Kessler and Jolly chopped up the pot.
