Runge Runs Into Rockets

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

According to Paul Runge, Edward Hayes opened on the button and Runge jammed in his stack of about 350,000 in the small blind. Hayes called.

Paul Runge: {j-}{j-}
Edward Hayes: {a-}{a-}

Runge picked up a solid hand but was unfortunate to run into aces. The board ran out blanks and he was sent to the payout desk, although he wanted it to be known that he "lost with class".

Golmicz Flops The Nuts

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Each player checked to the {q-Hearts} turn and Sukstorf bet 100,000. Golmicz raised to 350,000 and sent Sukstorf into the tank.

"Ahhh alright," said Sukstorf as he folded.

"You made a very good fold," said Golmicz

Golmicz turned over {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for a flopped straight as he took in the pot.
