Philip Hayes: {x-}{x-}/{6-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}/{x-}
Oxana Cummings: {x-}{x-}/{8-Spades}{j-Spades}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}/{x-}

Action was picked up on fifth street, Oxana Cummings bet with a pair of eights showing and Philip Hayes called. Sixth street gave Cummings trip eights. She bet 20,000 and despite the trips showing, Hayes raised to 40,000. Cummings thought for a while before calling.

Cummings checked as seventh street was being dealt. Hayes bet 20,000 and Cummings raised to 40,000. This gave Hayes pause for a few moments before he called.

Cummings tabeled the goods with the {8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{x-} for quad eights. Hayes flashed a ten for trip tens, She celebrated her big pot as she got some cheers from her daughter watching on the rail, supporting the last woman standing in the event.

Schneider Kicked By Sass

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante

Tom Schneider had a few chips left, and they were early involved in this hand.

Everything went too fast to get all the cards, but it was possible to quickly understand that Schneider took a bad beat, holding two pairs of kings and eights against just a pocket queens for Edward Sass.

On seventh street, Sass hit a third Queen to make trips and exclaimed, "Yes!" while eliminating Schneider in 33rd place.

Hayes Loses More to Straight Over Straight

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante

Jason Evans: {x-}{x-}/{6-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{3-Clubs}/{x-} folded on seventh street
Philip Hayes: {q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Spades}/{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-}
Jason Gola: {9-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}/{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}

There was a large pot brewing on seventh street with Jason Gola having raised a bet. Philip Hayes called and Jason Evans folded after some thought.

Gola tabled the jack-high straight. Hayes had a straight of his own, but it was merely seven-high as he became the victim of another brutal cooler to wound his stack even more.
