Carey checked the 9♠ river and Spitale opted to check back. Carey showed K♣Q♣ which was second best to the Q♠10♠ of Spitale.

Action checked through to the river on a board reading Q♠7♠8♦A♦K♠. Carey bet 23,000,000 when Spitale checked for a third time, Spitale made the call and showed A♣10♠ which was good to drag in a nice sized pot. Spitale now has retaken the chip lead as the three remaining players trade jabs.
