Terrell Deen shoved the cutoff for 1,150,000 and Brett Shaffer, on the button, went into the tank. One, two, three, four minutes passed and eventually Shaffer put in his last 675,000.
Brett Shaffer: A♦K♦
Terrell Deen: Q♥7♥
Deen paired his seven on the 6♣7♦9♠ flop to take the lead, but the hand ended in a chop as the 8♠5♠ runout put a straight on board. Shaffer did make the pay jump and managed to survive, though might be disappointed he didn't get the double-up.
Matthew Russell went all-in from the cutoff with Tomas Brown forced to be at risk from the small blind. Everyone else folded, and they were off to see a runout.
Tomas Brown: 7♥6♥
Matthew Russell: 10♣10♠
The board came A♠9♥3♥6♣K♣ and Brown was eliminated.
Tauan Naves opened the cutoff to 200,000 and Adam Ajudhia called on the button. Ryutaro Sugita also called out of the big blind.
On the 9♣Q♦10♦ flop, Sugita and Naves checked, then Ajudhia fired out 300,000. Sugita folded and Naves called.
When the 8♥ hit the turn, Naves again went into check-call mode when Ajudhia bet 500,000 to see the A♥ hit the river. Both decided to knuckle the table and Naves tabled two pair with Q♥9♠.
Ajudhia held the winner, though, as he flipped J♣10♥ for a straight to scoop the pot.
