Travis Kubota raised in the hijack, and Andrey Zhigalov called in the big blind. The 8♣5♥2♠ flop checked through to the 9♦ turn, where Zhigalov led out. Kubota called to the 2♥ river, where it was checked to him.

Kubota fired a bet, and Zhigalov quickly called. Kubota tabled A♠6♠4♠4♦ for the second-nut low and a pair of fours. Zhigalov had the same low with A♣10♦9♠4♥, and his pair of nines won him the high half of the pot.

One hand later, Sachin Bhargava raised in early position, and Stanislav Ivanov called in the big blind.

Ivanov check-called Bhargava's bet on the 8♥8♠A♠ flop before Bhargava's total stack of 785,000 was committed on the A♦ turn.
