2025 World Series of Poker
Eric Olson began the hand with a raise to 2,000 from the button. Gavin Smith opted to jam from the big blind for 10,900 and was called by Olson.
Gavin Smith: A♥K♠
Eric Olson: K♣J♥
Smith had Olson dominated heading to the flop, and it stayed that way as ace-high was good on the Q♠4♣8♠9♦8♦ board.

Gabriel Ramos opened to 2,400 from early position. Jennifer Saeteun called from the next seat over, and the rest of the table folded to send the two to a flop.
Ramos bet 1,000 on the Q♠4♣4♦ flop, which Saeteun responded to with a call.
The A♦ did not slow Ramos down, as he bet 1,500. Saeteun once again called to stay in the hand.
Ramos thought briefly before putting out 3,500 on the 5♥ river, which led to a fold from Saeteun.

With the pot at approximately 8,000, the flop came K♣2♥7♣ and David Filipski checked from the big blind. Bruce Olson bet out from middle position for 3,500.
Filipski check-raised all in for 28,200, and this sent Olson into the tank for a good while. He eventually called.
David Filipski: 2♣2♠
Bruce Olson: K♠10♣
Filipski was way ahead on the black runs, leaving Olson snowplowing down the greens. The 10♥ on the turn did give Olson some hope, but when the 5♦ bricked out the river, he was left on fumes. Filipski was shipped the pot and a full double-up.

Sean Bartlett and Christopher Haydt got the chips in the middle preflop with Bartlett at risk for his tournament life.
Sean Bartlett: K♦5♦
Christopher Haydt: 9♥9♠
Bartlett was in trouble against Haydt's wired nines, but the flop changed that when it came 6♥A♦K♠ to give Bartlett a pair of kings. The J♦ turn eliminated one of Haydt's nines for an out, and the 10♦ river improved Bartlett to a flush to double through Haydt.

On the A♠8♣3♣ flop and the pot already at 8,500, Yamamoto Toshiyuki bet out for 1,200 from middle position and was called by Xiao Huang in late position.
Both players checked the 9♠ turn and saw the 3♥ drop on the river. Toshiyuki checked, and now Huang bet out for 3,500. Toshiyuki thought for a while before he flicked in the call and was shocked to see Huang table K♣Q♣ for a missed flush draw and quickly flipped his 10♥8♥ for two pair and was pushed the pot.
