Melissa Gillett opened the action and Chang Luo moved all in from the button for 153,000. The blinds folded and after asking for a count, Gillett called.

Chang Luo: {a-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Melissa Gillett: {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}

“I’ve got to win one race,” Luo said. “You’ve lost a few,” another player said in agreement, referring to two hands late last night in which Luo lost flips.

The board ran out {8-Spades}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{j-Spades}{7-Hearts}, meaning Luo did win one by hitting his eight to double through Gillett.

Frank Checks a Set Back

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Tom Hall and Christopher Frank played a three-bet pot with the former having raised under the gun and the latter reraising on the button. Both checked a {7-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop, and the {j-Spades} hit the turn. Hall bet 90,000 and Frank called. The river {5-Diamonds} made four to a straight, and both players wound up checking.

Hall turned over {a-}{10-}, but it was no match for the {6-Clubs}{6-Spades} held by Frank.
