Hey Siri, How'd I Play That Hand?

Level 2 : 200/400, 0 ante
Allen Kessler
Allen Kessler

Omaha Hi-Lo

On a {4-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} flop, Allen Kessler bet. While one opponent was pondering, another made the call out of turn. The player who was first to act raised, and the player calling out of turn took their call back.

The raising player asked for the floor, believing the call should stay in the pot. The floor arrived and ruled in favor of the call being pulled back, and the player was able to fold their hand.

The action moved back to Kessler, who three-bet and received a call.

The {3-Clubs} fell on the turn, and Kessler's bet was called. The {2-Hearts} completed the board, and Kessler's bet was called once more.

Kessler announced, "I have nut-nut," tabling {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{4-Spades} for a full house and a wheel. His opponent turned over {5-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{a-Spades}, losing the high but chopping the low with a wheel of his own.

Floor Needed; Bleznick Gets Paid

Level 2 : 200/400, 0 ante

Stud Hi-Lo

Jared Bleznick: {x-}{x-}/{7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}/{x-}
Opponent: {x-}{x-}/{7-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{a-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}/{x-}

On sixth street, the floor was called for a ruling in a hand involving Jared Bleznick. Bleznick was heads-up, and his opponent checked. Bleznick had flicked his T-1,000 chip that was already in the pot from a previous street's action forward, attempting to make a bet. His opponent and the majority of his tablemates disagreed, saying it was most definitely a check. Bleznick had not added any more value to the pot, as the 1,200 currently sitting in front of both players represented bets from the previous streets.

The floor heard both points of view and ruled in favor of Bleznick's action being a check.

Seventh street was dealt, and after a short time in the tank, Bleznick's bet was check-called.

Bleznick tabled {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} for a flush and a sixty-five low, scooping the pot as his opponent mucked.
