Lee Eliminates Suchanek in Huge Pot

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante
Andy Lee
Andy Lee

Jan Suchanek opened from the hijack seat with a raise to 1,200. Next to act, Morten Mortensen called. Andy Lee was in the small blind and he three-bet to 5,400. Action folded back to Suchanek who called and Mortensen called as well.

All three players checked on the {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop to see the {7-Diamonds} hit the turn. There, Lee checked for a second time and Suchanek jammed all in for right around 40,000. Mortensen quickly got away but Lee dropped into the tank. He thought it over for nearly two minutes before he finally settled on a call.

Andy Lee: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}
Jan Suchanek: {6-Spades}{5-Spades}

Lee was out in front with his queens and had made a stellar call, but Suchanek wasn't dead yet. He still had outs to a straight. The river was the {2-Spades} though and with that brick for Suchanek, Lee would take down the massive pot, allowing him to nearly double up to around 120,000 chips.

Abdine Takes Out Dunwoodie

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

Action was on the flop with the board showing {J-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Shivan Abdine and Sean Dunwoodie were facing off. With around 6,000 in the pot, Abdine had what appeared to be a check-raise in front of him for 7,500. Action was then on Dunwoodie who moved all in for right around 25,000. Abdine tanked for a bit, then called.

Shivan Abdine: {10-Clubs}{7-Hearts}
Sean Dunwoodie: {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

"I'm just not good enough to fold that," Abdine said tabling his straight. He was ahead though as Dunwoodie only had an overpair to the board.

The board completed with the {9-Spades} and the {3-Spades} and Dunwoodie was unable to catch up. With that Dunwoodie was sent to the rail while Adbine vaulted to around 71,000 chips.

Trevillian's Big River Bet Finds No Action

Level 6 : 300/600, 50 ante

The pot was nearly 20,000 by the river as Brett Trevillian face off against his lone opponent. In late position, Trevillian put out a bet of 15,000 with the board showing {10-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} and that put his opponent into the tank. The player, who was on the the button, thought for about a minute before he eventually decided to fold.

Trevillian flashed his {10-Diamonds} to his opponent before he pushed his hand into the muck and collected the pot.

"I had ace-queen," his opponent said.

With that, Trevillian took down the pot and now sits with almost 80,000.

Hong Gets Some Back

Level 6 : 300/600, 50 ante

The action folded around to the player in the small blind who raised to 1,500. Ryan Hong called from the big blind before both players watched the flop come {4-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.

The player in the small blind bet 2,000. Hong called.

The turn brought the {8-Spades} and the small blind opted to check. Hong quickly reached for his chips and tossed out one 5,000-chip. His opponent looked over at his stack before opting to fold his hand.
