Mattila Hands Out Another Double Up

Ville Mattila
Ville Mattila

It has not been Ville Mattila's level as he just doubled up Roger Hairabedian. On the turn the board read {K-Spades}{2-Hearts}{A-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} and both Hairabedian and Jussi Nevanlinna checked to Mattila.

Mattila asked the dealer how much the pot was, and he announced it was 32,400. The Fin bet 25,000, and the action was on Hairabedian.

"I'm all in," the Frenchman said after Nevanlinna quickly folded. Mattila seemed displeased but ended up calling for a total of 62,500.

Showdown:
Roger Hairabedian: {K-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{A-Spades}{J-Spades}
Ville Mattila: {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}

The river was the {6-Spades} giving Hairabedian the double up. He is now one of the chip leaders while Mattila is knocked far down.
