Crha Runs Hot

Level 16 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Vasile Stancu was eliminated after two hands against Rene Crha. Stancu had been running pretty hot, earning two doubles in the last hour, but his luck ran out.

The first hand, Crha was in the big blind and three-bet Stancu's under the gun open. Stancu called 62,000 and the flop came {q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{2-Spades}. Crha checked and Stancu bet 43,000. Crha called.

The turn was the {4-Hearts} and paired the board. Crha was very deliberate and checked a little sooner than he did on the flop. Stancu went all in and Crha snap called with {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}. Stancu showed {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} and needed help.

The river was the {7-Spades} and Rene Crha doubled through Stancu, leaving him with 12,000.

The next hand Stancu put the rest of his chips in and Sebastian Langrock raised to 22,000. Crha called as well from the big blind.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Crha checked. Langrock bet 12,000 and Crha called. The turn was the {j-Clubs} and Crha checked again. Langrock bet 28,000 and Crha called. The river was the {j-Hearts} and both players checked. Crha won the hand with {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds} for a full house and eliminated Stancu. Langrock showed {a-Spades}{7-Hearts} for top pair and then mucked.
