Level 13 : 10,000/25,000, 35,000 ante
Maksim Pisarenko
Maksim Pisarenko

No-Limit Hold'em

Daniel Negreanu raised to 60,000 and Ryan Riess called in the big blind. He check-folded to a bet of 60,000 on the {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop.

One hand later, Phil Hellmuth opened to 75,000 and Thomer Pidun in the cutoff three-bet to 200,000, which Hellmuth called. The flop brought {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Hellmuth check-raised from 150,000 to 325,000 in order to win the pot.

Hellmuth raised to 75,000 once more and Maksim Pisarenko shoved for 270,000 in the small blind. Hellmuth called after some consideration and the cards were turned over.

Maksim Pisarenko: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Phil Hellmuth: {a-Diamonds}{5-Spades}

The {q-Spades}{j-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop brought no surprise yet but Hellmuth picked up a gutshot on the {4-Spades} turn. It was the {5-Clubs} river that ended his run as Hellmuth improved to a pair of fives. Both shook hands and Pisarenko then quickly left the tournament area.
