Kolonias Doubles Through Martini

Level 23 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

In the final hand of the level, Rifat Palevic opened to 105,000 in the cutoff and Alexandros Kolonias three-bet to 300,000 on the button. Julien Martini in the small blind cut out a four-bet to 775,000 and Palevic folded while showing a lot of frustration. Kolonias moved all in for 1,655,000 and Martini called instantly.

Alexandros Kolonias: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Julien Martini: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Martini was in prime shape to send Kolonias to the rail but the {q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop gave the Greek top set. The {8-Clubs} turn and the {5-Clubs} river were both blanks and Kolonias doubled.
