Why Can't We Be Friends?
There is always a group of players in a WSOP tournament that just can't get along, and in a shootout format that only makes things worse.
Table 278 is today's feature for "Why Can't We Be Friends," because a player there just received his second penalty of the day. According to his tablemates and table-neighbor Allen Kessler, the man made some pretty harsh and borderline racist comments towards an Asian dealer and an Asian player.
The specifics are unclear, but what we do know is the man has received a one-round penalty for his second infraction of the day. If you are unaware, penalties are tracked by Harrah's throughout the WSOP up until the end of the Main Event. If a player is a habitual abuser of the rules, then their penalties will continue to increase all the way up to potential banishment.
