Feenstra Doubles, Julius Crippled

Level 7 : 250/500, 50 ante

Kyle Julius raised to 1,100 and Rens Feenstra, who ended 2013 in spectacular fashion winning Unibet Open Riga ($101,652) and the €1,500 No Limit Hold'em tournament at the Master Classics of Poker ($205,879) in one month, three-bet from the button to 2,700.

Both blinds folded and Julius four-bet to 5,500, Feenstra called.

The flop brought out {Q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{8-Spades} and Julius bet 3,400, which was called by Feenstra. On the turn the {3-Clubs} popped up and this time Julius check-called 5,100.

The board completed on the river with the {8-Hearts} and Julius checked to Feenstra again. Feenstra moved all in for 18,175 and after tanking for a while Julius called. Feenstra tabled {A-Spades}{Q-Spades} and he managed to double up leaving Julius with just 2,300 chips.

A few hands later Julius, PCA Main Event runner up of 2012, was knocked out.
