The above phrase may be quite known from Southpark and is typically used when Kenny Hallaert gets eliminated in a tournament. It was the first event for the Belgian in quite some time after mostly focusing on being a tournament director in Namur. He lasted about 10 hands after just miss-click raising to 12,000 instead of making it 1,200, totally mixing up the colors of the chips.
Henry Szmelcer took advantage of that after raising to 400 and now moved all in. Hallaert called off for 21,000 with
