Phil Ivey has just been knocked out again, this time Mike McDonald took his chips. Sorel Mizzi raised to 9,000 and Mike McDonald three-bet to 25,000 from the cutoff. Phil Ivey went all in over the top for right around 70,000. The action was folded back around to McDonald who made the call.
