Online poker action remained strong at PokerStars as the Stars Super Tuesday drew 467 entrants with a first-place prize of $89,897.50. Notable finishers included Michael "mman_status" Meredith in 10th place ($6,071), Steve "mcnallyville" McNally in 13th ($5,137), Reraiseallin in 15th ($5,137), Justin "roothlus2" Levy in 16th ($4,203), Geoff "GeoffRas22" Rasmussen in 17th ($4,203), Steve "thorladen" Weinstein in 23rd ($3,035.50), Lex "RaSZi" Veldhuis in 24th ($3,035.50) and Nick "agriffrod" Mitchell in 25th ($3,035.50). The chip counts at the start of the final table were the following:

Two levels elapsed before rdesch busted at 4,000/8,000/800. From middle position, rdesch shoved for 51,833 with 7♣7♠, but ran into thewh00sel, who waited with A♦A♠ in the big blind. No seven showed and rdesch took $7,939 for ninth. Mumtum23 went out a few hands later when from middle position, W Snipes made it 19,275 to play. Mumtum23 went all in for 35,600 in the big blind with A♠5♣ and W Snipes called with K♦J♠. The board rolled out 8♣7♣5♠K♠7♠ and Mumtum23 headed home in eighth place for $10,974.50. The level's last hand saw isuckoutonu eliminated. From early position, thewh00sel opened the pot with a raise to 18,525 and from middle position isuckoutonu shoved for 150,435. Mike "CHI01" Chiappetta re-shoved from the big blind for 204,750 total and thewh00sel got out of the way. Chiappetta tabled A♦K♥ and was racing against isuckoutonu's 10♠10♥. The board ran out 6♦K♠4♠7♠3♣ and isuckoutonu was sent to the rail in seventh place for $15,644.50.

BriDge2PaiN exited at 5,000/10,000/1,000. From the cutoff, BriDge2PaiN shipped it in for 71,314 with A♥5♦ and found action from Ty "puffinmypurp" Reiman in the big blind with A♣Q♦. The board came A♠K♦3♦K♠10♣ and BriDge2PaiN was out in sixth place for $20,314.50. Soon after, W Snipes' A♠10♥ fell to thewh00sel's A♣K♥, making him the short stack. One hand later, W Snipes shoved from the button for 59,422 holding A♥3♠ and Ty Reiman isolated with A♣10♥. The board rolled out K♣6♣3♦Q♣J♦ as Reiman hit Broadway to send W Snipes to the cashier in fifth, for $26,152.

Iecavniex was felted at 6,000/12,000/1,200. From the small blind iecavniex went all in for 58,540 with K♥10♥, and Mike "CHI01" Chiappetta called from the big blind with Q♣2♥. The board ran out J♣4♦A♥2♦7♦ and iecavniex fell to the pair of deuces in fourth place for $37,360. Ty "puffinmypurp" Reiman departed shortly thereafter. He shoved from the small blind for 142,612 with 8♣6♣ and Mike Chiappetta called with J♠10♥. The board came Q♥2♠2♥9♠7♣ and Reiman was sent to the rail in third place for $49,035. Chiappetta added to his lead before taking the tournament down. On the button, thewh00sel min-raised to 24,000 and Chiappetta re-raised to 60,000. Thewh00sel shoved all in and Chiappetta called. Chiappetta's A♥10♣ was ahead of thewh00sel's K♠Q♦ and he maintained the lead when the flop came 10♦6♣6♦. Things changed drastically when the Q♥ fell on the turn to give thewh00sel the lead, but the 10♠ landed on the river and Chiappetta won the tournament with the full house. For finishing in second place thewh00sel earned $66,781. Mike "CHI01" Chiappetta collected $89,897.50 for taking down this week's PokerStars Super Tuesday.
