NJ.partypoker.com Approaching 30-Millionth Hand in Garden State 0001

On November 23, 2013, partypoker returned to the United States with their launch in New Jersey. Now, just four months later, the site is already closing in on the 30,000,000th hand mark.

To celebrate the landmark, NJ.partypoker.com will be giving away more than $40,000 to players across the Garden State. Starting on hand 25,000,000, partypoker will be counting down five million hands to that epic 30,000,000th deal. Along the way, the winner of each milestone hand (25,000,000-29,900,000) bags $1,000 while everyone else at the table gets $100 each. The winner of the 30,000,000th hand gets $10,000 with everyone else at the table getting $1,000.

“In just three months, partypoker has become the home for online poker in New Jersey,” said Team partypoker captain Mike Sexton. “Now we’re just about to hit our 30-millionth hand and we’re making it more exciting than ever to play on partypoker. But the only way to win is to play!”

The 30-millionth-hand promotion will no doubt help increase partypoker’s traffic, which is already on the rise. In fact, this past Sunday’s $100K Guaranteed attracted a record 782 players and created a prize pool of $145,410. The real-money ring games have also produced solid numbers. According to PokerScout, the current seven-day average is 240 players online at a time with the peak number about double that.

Here’s a look at the peak numbers on NJ.partypoker.com for the past two weeks:

Borgata, which is partnered with partypoker, is the early iGaming frontrunner in New Jersey. In the December 2013 Gaming Revenue Results released by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), partypoker accounted for 45% of the state’s $8.4 million Internet gaming win. In January, which saw gaming revenue increase 28% of $9,461,057, the Borgata led once again with $3.888 million, which was a growth rate of 16% from December.
