The "Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open" will run at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida from November 19 – December 2, 2015, and during that time the popular television show Poker Night in America (PNIA) will return to the venue for the third time since 2014.
The tournament series will feature 14 major events, plus additional secondary events and special qualifiers, such as a poker fundraiser on Sunday, November 29 that'll benefit the Galbut Family Miami Beach JCC (MBJCC) on the Simkins Family Campus.
The final table of the $2 million guaranteed $3,500 No-Limit Hold’em Championship will not only be captured by PNIA cameras, it'll be live streamed on Twitch. It will then later be broadcast in multiple one-hour episodes on PNIA's sister program, "Poker Night: The Tour," which will debut sometime in 2016.
We’re also looking forward to the anticipated encore of ‘Ladies Night’ – last year’s was a huge hit and tons of fun both for the players and the audience.
Additionally, PNIA will film three days of an invite-only high-stakes cash game, and also the wildly popular "Ladies Night III." Those games will take place inside the Paradise Live Theater, and will feature a lineup of professionals, amateurs, and celebrities.
"Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is very excited to have 'Poker Night in America' back for the 2015 Rock ‘n’ Roll Poker Open and to have our $2 million guaranteed championship final table televised for ‘Poker Night: The Tour’ show," said Jason Newman, director of poker marketing for Seminole Gaming. "We’re also looking forward to the anticipated encore of ‘Ladies Night’ – last year’s was a huge hit and tons of fun both for the players and the audience."
The Rock n’ Roll Poker Championship Event, which features two starting flights, is scheduled November 27 through December 2. Players will receive a 30,000 starting stack, and may play in both flights if they are eliminated. Unlimited reentries will be allowed until the start of Level 7 for each fight.
