partypoker’s Cash Game Leaderboards to Pay Out $1 Million In March

They say cash is king when it comes to playing poker and it certainly seems that way at partypoker. The site launched its Cash Game Leaderboards a couple of weeks ago, guaranteeing $150,000 would be won each week. It then upped the ante and made $180,000 available each week. Now, the weekly prize pools stand at more than $250,000, that’s over $1 million that has to be won during March!

partypoker has listened to its players’ feedback and made some significant changes to the cash game leaderboards.

First, they have boosted the overall prize pools to more than $250,000 per week. The actual figure is $252,900 that partypoker is giving back to cash game players. This means a cool $1,011,600 is ending up in the pockets of partypoker’s cash game players by the end of March.

Second, they have added another leaderboard specifically for $0.50/$1 No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha players. The thinking behind this is so even more players have the chance to bank some cash by making the leaderboards fairer for all stakes.

This results in 16 cash game leaderboards in total, eight for NLHE and eight more for PLO. The top prize is now a whopping $10,000 and between 12 and 21 places are paid out depending on the stakes.

Daily Cash Boom Adds $8,000 More Daily Value

Having $1 million worth of leaderboards should be incentive enough to hit partypoker’s cash game table, but they’ve made matters more interesting with the Daily Cash Boom promotion.

This revolves around a pair of tournaments, the $5K Daily Cash Boom and $3K Daily Cash Boom.
