Complete Guide to August's APT Incheon in South Korea
The Asian Poker Tour is heading back to South Korea, and if you’re planning a poker trip this summer, APT Incheon is one you won’t want to miss.
Running from August 1 to 10, the festival takes place at the Paradise City Casino in Incheon, just minutes from the international airport.

APT Incheon South Korea 2025 Full Schedule
The centrepiece of the ten-day festival is the KRW 2.5 million (approximately USD $1,800) Main Event, which comes with a substantial KRW 1.5 billion (approximately USD $1 million) guarantee.
The full schedule features 96 events spanning a wide range of formats and buy-ins. In total, over KRW 3.4 billion (approximately USD $2.4 million) in prize money is guaranteed.
The top three Main Event finishers, along with winners of select High Roller tournaments, will receive a ticket to the APT Championship Main Event in Taipei this November. That event carries a USD $5 million guaranteed prize pool.

Where is APT Incheon Taking Place?
All tournaments will take place inside Paradise City Casino, one of South Korea’s most prestigious resort destinations. The venue is located at 186 Yeongjonghaeannam-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon, just a short drive from Incheon International Airport.
The casino is open to international players aged 19 and above. Entry is free, and access is straightforward.
Foreign players only need to present a valid passport. Korean nationals living abroad must provide additional documentation and sign an Overseas Korean Confirmation Letter in accordance with government regulations.
The Main Event & Key Events
The Main Event runs from August 3 to 9 and is expected to draw an impressive turnout. Players start with 40,000 chips and can choose from four different starting flights, each with varying level durations. From Day 2 onward, blind levels increase to 60 minutes as the tournament plays down to a final table.
The winner will take home the Lion Trophy and earn one of the coveted seats to the APT Championship Main Event in Taipei.
Beyond the Main Event, APT Incheon will host a range of standout tournaments across all stakes. The APT Super High Roller features a KRW 15 million buy-in and a KRW 500 million guaranteed prize pool. The APT High Roller comes with a KRW 5 million buy-in and KRW 400 million guaranteed. These two tournaments regularly attract some of the top names in the region.
The Zodiac Classic, one of the most anticipated events on the tour, features a KRW 3 million buy-in and a KRW 250 million guarantee. For those seeking big-value events at more accessible buy-ins, both the Mini Main Event and the Double Stack will appeal.
Players who enjoy knockout formats can look forward to the Mystery Bounty Hunter. For the high rollers, there's the Superstar Challenge and Baby Superstar Challenge.
Win Your Way to Taipei
Several seats to the upcoming APT Championship Main Event in Taipei are up for grabs in Incheon. These USD $10,000 entries will be awarded to the top three finishers in the Main Event, as well as the champions of the APT Super High Roller, High Roller, Superstar Challenge, and Zodiac Classic.
Getting to Incheon
