The Mega Deep provides the biggest guarantee on most Sundays at 888poker. The $100,000 guarantee will be the same this Sunday at 5:30 p.m. GMT for the $100,000 Sunday Sale Mega Deep while the price will go down from $215 to just $109.
The tournament provides plenty of chances to build a monster stack with players starting off with 50,000 in chips and blinds increasing every 15 minutes. In addition, players can reenter up to three times during the 260-minute late registration period.
While this tournament is half the usual price, you can get in even cheaper with satellites and feeder tournaments starting at just $0.01.
The $20,000 Sunday Sale Whale
If you have always wanted to play the Whale but the usual $530 price tag is a bit steep, perhaps The $20,000 Sunday Sale Whale at 6:30 p.m. GMT with a lower $320 will wet your appetite. Even if the buy-in is too big for you, it should be easier to qualify via satellites with the tickets coming at a lower price.
This tournament has a similar structure to the Mega Deep with players starting off with 50,000 in chips and three reentries allowed. The biggest differences are that blinds increase every 12 minutes and late registration closing after 210 minutes.
The $20,000 Sunday Sale Challenge
If you are on a more limited bankroll and don't want to bother with satellites, you should consider playing The $20,000 Sunday Sale Challenge at 7:35 p.m. GMT with the buy-in reduced from $109 to just $55. Of course, there are also qualifiers to this event, but this could prove to be the one you can enter without going down that path if you so choose.
The event has the same structure and guarantee as The Whale. The main difference is that there will be many more players due to the lower buy-in.
