Cristian Gutierrez is a Colombian poker player living in Connecticut, United States. He is best known for winning the $600 Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack event at the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas. Gutierrez earned $193,780 and his first WSOP bracelet.
Gutierrez's first cashes came in September 2021. His first 11 scores stemmed from low-stakes tournaments at Foxwoods Resort in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
In January 2024, Gutierrez won $10,536 in a $400 No-Limit Hold'em event in Atlantic City, his first five-figure prize. Two months later, he won $25,059 for a runner-up finish in a $600 NLHE Bounty event at the WSOPC New York stop. Two days later, he finished third in the $400 Monster Stack at the same festival for another $36,892.
In January 2025, Gutierrez finished fifth in a $600 NLHE event during the Borgata Winter Poker Open, a result worth a career-best $65,815. At the 2025 WSOP, Gutierrez outlasted 3,109 opponents to win the $600 Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack event for his first WSOP bracelet and $193,780.
