On Day 48 of the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP), Day 8 of the 2025 WSOP $10,000 Main Event will play out. The field of 9,735 runners is down to 24 and there are only three fantasy players remaining.
ODB Bonus player Michael “The Grinder” Mizrachi is in there as are Adam Hendrix (Team Lady Gaga) and Maksim Pisarenko (Team Noori), who sit fourth and 13th in chips, respectively.
Event #89: $3,000 Mid-Stakes Championship is headed to Day 5 with five players from a 3,797-entry field returning. Unfortunately, none of them are fantasy players.
Event #93: $3,000 T.O.R.S.E. is down to 16 players from a 522-entry field after Day 2. They include four fantasy players in chip leader David Prociak (Team Dinkers), Toby Lewis (Team Noori), James Obst (Team Australia), and ODB Bonus player Ryan Miller.
Event #94: $10,000 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed Championship has a couple hundred players left for Day 2 including dozens of fantasy players including Mike Matusow (Team Negreanu), Nick Seward (Team NOVIG), and Dario Sammartino (Team Wass), just to name a few.
How to Follow the Action
Remember, PokerNews has been tracking $25K Fantasy players in our live updates and has even made it simple to follow the action by tagging all players with either a 25K Fantasy or ODB badge. That allows you to utilize our chip count filter option to follow only those players (just tick the 25K Fantasy or ODB badge); what’s more, each blog will have a “25K Fantasy” tab that if you click all you will see are hands played by 25K Fantasy players.
