The 2026 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Event #1: $550 Mini Mystery Millions NLH was the seventh-largest live event in WSOP history with 20,488 entries, but now just 13 players remain. Unfortunately, none of them are 25K Fantasy players.
Yesterday in Event #7: $25,000 Heads-Up NLH Championship, we mentioned that two of the players remaining were 25K Fantasy players in Ryuta Nakai (Team Back Office) and Alex Foxen (Team Lady Gaga). They could have squared off in the finals had Foxen beat Nikita Kuznetsov and Nakai beat Dimitar Danchev, but alas, both lost and exited one round shy of the finals.
Meanwhile, Event #9: $10,000 Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship Dylan Weisman (Team Lucky), Phil Hellmuth (Team Fleyshman), and James Obst (Team Glaser) all got bug points for making the final table.
Event #12: $1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw is down to the final six players from a 626-entry field, with Dylan Smith (Team Spitework) being the sole 25K Fantasy player remaining. He’ll return to action third in chips.
Over in Event #13: $1,500 6-Handed NLH, 135 players from a 1,840-entry field remain. They include seven 25K Fantasy players in Michel Molenaar (Team Gators), Chris Hunichen (Team Blades & Shades), Cherish Andrews (Team Premiums Only), Ryuta Nakai (Team Back Office), Yuri Dzivielevski (Team Lady Gaga), Brandon Sheils (Team Stake Kings), and Matthew Wantman (Team Glue Factory).
