Hernandez De Lorenzo Eliminated on a Flip

Level 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

After the bubble broke, eliminations are happening at a fast and furious pace. We will update shortly on the first players to reach the money.

Daniel Hernandez De Lorenzo was among the early eliminations out in 60th place for €3,540. He open-jammed for 164,000 before Day 1c chip leader Netanel Minyan three-bet shoved for 319,000. The player in the big blind asked for a chip count before he folded.

It was a classic race with Hernandez De Lorenzo holding {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and Minyan holding {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}. However, Minyan took a huge lead after he hit a set on the {Q-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{2-Hearts} flop. Hernandez De Lorenzo collected his payout ticket after the {6-Spades} on the turn and the {10-Spades} on the river weren't the combination of cards he needed as runners to catch up.

Cards Back in the Air

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 1,000 ante

Play has just resumed with blinds at 6,000/12,000 with an ante of 1,000. The tournament director just announced that play will finish the sooner of when the field is down to 27 players or until the end of Level 23.

Terzian Chips Up on the Turn

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 1,000 ante

Dominique Jean Terzian opened to 30,000 and got a call from the player in the big blind.

The player in the big blind bet 30,000 on the {7-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{a-Clubs} flop before he called a bet of 50,000 from Terzian. Terzian fired out again after the {5-Diamonds} appeared on the turn once the action was checked to him, this time for about 200,000.

The player in the big blind let his clock wind down and then used a time bank chip. He eventually folded but flashed the {A-Diamonds} showing that he folded at least top pair.

We haven't been reporting the action at the feature table on Day 2 since you can watch the table by clicking on the Live Stream tab in our coverage.

It has been full of action and talent. Earlier, 2014 WSOP Main Event champ and 888poker Ambassador Martin Jacobson was on the table before he busted shortly after the money bubble broke.

Now some of the talents include 888poker Ambassador Fernando Pons, last year's 888poker LIVE Barcelona Main Event winner Luigi Andrea Shehadeh, big-name streamer Courtney Gee, and Norwegian poker beast Jon Kyte.

McMillin's Set Eliminates Sula

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 1,000 ante

Mark Max McMillin raised from under the gun to 25,000 and got three callers including Nicanor Sula in the small blind.

Sula led out for 55,000 after the flop came {9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. McMillin is the only player to call.

After the {k-Diamonds} came on the turn, Sula checked. McMillin bet 95,000 before Sula went all-in for about 165,000. McMillin snap called and Sula let out a huge sigh.

Nicanor Sula: {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}
Mark Max McMillin: {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}

Sula was drawing to two outs and he was eliminated in 44th place for €4,000 after the {9-Spades} appeared on the river. Meanwhile, McMillin's stack soared to 900,000.

At another table, Catherine Hanna was eliminated at almost exactly the same time in 45th place for €4,000.
