Tom Hall, who happens to be the defending champion in the £1,100 Main Event here at the Aspers Casino, has just doubled through Martin Donoghue and jumped into a commanding lead.
Donoghue raised to 65,000 first to act and Tom Hall in late position three-bet to 190,000, Donoghue called. On the 
flop, Donoghue check-shoved into a 190,000 continuation bet and Hall snap-called.

"Oh fuck," was all what Donoghue could gasp and he found no help on the 
turn and 
river. Hall doubled for 632,000 and Donoghue was left with a mountain to climb.
"Who knows if the hand would have happened like this if we were still on the bubble," Hall said in chat with table neighbor Christopher Kyriacou while stacking the chips.
