Three of the five starting days of the 2018 888poker LIVE Festival London £1,100 Main Event have concluded and a field of 365 entries has emerged thus far at the Aspers Casino at Westfield Stratford City hus far. There is little doubt that the guaranteed prize pool of £400,000 will be met, but easily surpassed by quite some margin as another two flights will take place today.
Day 1d will kick off at 1 p.m. local time and feature 12 levels of 40 minutes each with a break every three levels. The final starting day will then get underway at 7 p.m. local time with reduced level times of 20 minutes each. All survivors will combine with the 103 players that already secured their seats for Day 2.
Frenchman Antoine Labat remains the current chip leader with an impressive stack of 300,500, while Thomas Muehloecker topped the 1b counts with 253,000. In the early morning hours, it was Finland's Tuomo Niskanen (275,000) that claimed the honors of 1c chip leader, followed by Fernando Pons (217,000) and Parviz Siabi (230,500).

The tournament features the popular big blind ante structure and a 30-second Action Clock, which gives all players 30 seconds to act. On top of that, everyone receives four 30-second time banks that will go in play automatically. The time banks will be topped up before the start of Day 2 and the final table.

Albert Sapiano was at table four at the start of Day 1d, however, his seat is no longer occupied.
"He had trips and lost to a straight," Kelly Saxby confirmed. The chips went to Raafat Sharawi, who was asked by Krzysztof Pregowski one table over if he was going to apologize. Sharawi nodded and indeed walked away from the table to search for Sapiano, but couldn't find him. Sapiano has already re-entered and can now be found on table five.

Mid-way through the first level, the second player was eliminated and that happened to be Imran Bhaiya. His cards, pocket nines as confirmed by several players at the table, were already in the muck while the pot was shipped to Adrian Constantin.
Bhaiya had jammed the turn with his pair only for Constantin to snap-call with , the river was a blank.

"Seat open on table 11," the dealer announced and Imran Bhaiya walked away from his seat. He was already on his second bullet for the day and had jammed with for top pair and no kicker on a turn only for Mark Gardner to snap-call with for the flopped flush.
It remains to be seen whether or not Bhaiya will give it another shot right away or take a short break.

Gerald Ringe, who final-tabled the High Roller a few days ago here at the Aspers Casino, was just all in and doubled. Ringe had lost chips early on but his got him back above starting stack when he flopped top pair on .
Albert Sapiano has also calmed down and moved up a few chips, along with Ramlal Basdeo on the same table.
