At the very end of the previous level, Silviu Baltateanu limped in and Sonny Franco raised to 1,500. One player called in middle position and Baltateanu then limp-raised to 6,000. Franco jammed for 26,000 and the cold-caller folded, while Baltateanu called.

"This tournament is starting to get expensive, fifth entry," Franco said on his way out.
The clash came just a few minutes after Baltateanu had made a big scene out of his cards being mucked by the dealer when he was standing next to the chair but not in his seat.
