Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

With the eliminations of Francesco D'Armi, Laurentiu Avram and Dario Marinelli, the field has been reduced to the last 36 hopefuls.

Marinelli had an above-average stack not long ago, but now Alexandru Arnautu and Ran Shahar dominate his former table with even bigger stacks.

Zeng Continues With Rush; Busts Mihai

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Traian Mihai
Traian Mihai

Before the hand, Zhiping Zeng had already increased his stack to more than 1 million and he added even more after knocking out Traian Mihai. On a flop of {9-Spades}{7-Spades}{2-Hearts}, Mihai check-raised out of the small blind from 40,000 to 100,000. Zeng cut out a big reraise that covered Mihai and the all in call followed.

Traian Mihai: {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Zhiping Zeng: {a-Spades}{a-Hearts}

The {j-Spades} turn and {a-Diamonds} river were both blanks for Mihai and Zeng took an even bigger lead.

Only Five Tables Remain

Level 20 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

With the eliminations of Jose Alberto Lopez Gonzalez and Paul Chintoan on the feature table, the field has been reduced to the last 40 hopefuls and Stefan Drusca appears to be the new big stack on the feature table.

Lopez Gonzalez saw his stack reduced to dust as Viorel Gavrila doubled his short stack with {9-Spades}{8-Spades} against his {a-Clubs}{k-Spades} thanks to a board of Jd7s6s7h8h]. They both chopped with ace-jack after, then the Spaniard busted.

Sacha Loute: {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}
Ran Shahar: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

The {8-Clubs} turn and {8-Spades} river were blanks and Loute hit the rail next.
