Welcome to PokerNews coverage of the 888poker LIVE London High Stakes Series Main Event.

This £2,100 buy-in event is sure to attract some of the capital's best poker players, as 888poker returns to the Grosvenor Victoria Casino.

So far this year, to festivals have taken place at the iconic London casino, with Bhavin Khatri and Joe Hindry both taking home 888poker LIVE titles.

Now players have another chance with the first of three starting flights. Day 1a gets underway at 12 p.m., with ten levels of 60 minutes. Players are allowed two re-entries per flight, with Day 1b getting underway at the same time on Friday. The Turbo Day 1c flight starts at 9pm on Friday giving players the last chance to enter the tournament.
