Patrick Donohue raised to 25,000 in the hijack and was called by Davide Soriano on the button and Pekka Ikonen in the big blind.
The flop came 8♦4♥2♥ and Donohue bet 30,000 when checked to. Both Soriano and Ikonen called.
The Q♥ was the turn and Donohue fired 100,000. Only Ikonen called.
The river was the 6♥ and Ikonen checked. Donohue fired out a bet of 175,000 to complete the triple barrel. Ikonen went into the tank before moving all in for 389,000. Donohue went into the tank before folding as his time was about to expire which sent the chips to the Finn.
Tullio Bertoli raised to 24,000 from under the gun and was called by Nils Lechner in the small blind.
The flop came 10♣5♠2♣ and Lechner check called the 30,000 bet from Bertoli.
The J♥ was the turn and Lechner checked. Bertoli fired 70,000. Lechner went into the tank before folding just before his time expired.
Antonio Becerra has exited the tournament and was eliminated before the final two tables.
Alessandro Pichierri was involved in a hand on stream against Remi Castaignon. Pichierri was under the gun while Castaignon was in the cutoff.
There was 560,000 in the pot heading into the river. The board read K♦6♣4♠9♥2♠ Remi put Pichierri all in for 389,000 holding 4♦4♣ for a set. Pichierri had K♣Q♦ for top pair second kicker and called for his tournament life which eliminated him from the tournament and sent a big pot to Castaignon.
Patrick Donohue was seen exiting the tournament. Donehue was second in chips to start the day but was eliminated in 17th as Tero Laurila had A♣8♣ on the X♣X♣X♣ board just before the break.
