"RA" Finds a Pair on the River

Adam Lamers
Adam Lamers
Level 3 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

"RA" raised it up from under the gun and "MM" three-bet to 1,800 in the hijack. The big blind called and "RA" came along as well. The flop fell 8♠6♥4♣ and the action checked to "MM" who bet 2,000. The big blind folded but "RA" called to see the 6♠ on the turn.

"RA" checked again and "MM" made a bet of 3,700 which "RA" quickly called. The river was the 2♥ and both players tapped the table. "MM" flipped over A♣K♣ but "RA" tabled 3♠2♠ for a rivered pair to claim the pot.
